Deep Tissue & Relaxation

​​​​​​​Nurturing and effective rolling and kneading massage techniques are used to warm up and relax muscles and destress. Gently improving mobility

 

This treatment uses slow, firm and rolling techniques to relax, lengthen and release restrictions in muscle and connective tissue layers. The pressure can be as firm or gentle as you wish. 

Myofascial Release

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a technique that focuses on improving movement and alignment of the connective tissue (fascia) around the muscles. This also benefits the muscles surrounded by the related connective tissue. 

Intergrated Pilates & Massage

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. It is ideal for anyone looking to improve postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. This session combines expert remedial massage, myofascial release and percussion tool techniques with 1-1 body strengthening exercises and advice.
